Hi Friends! My name is  Kayla "Grace" James and I am the face behind the V&V movement.  I found my love for hair through my passion for people. I enjoy using my expertise to help enhance the natural beauty of my clients and help them to see themselves in an empowering light.  Throughout my 10+ year career, I have devoted my time, in and out of the salon to  my Phoenix community & community connections.  I have recently moved to Chattanooga, TN and ready to share my passion with this amazing community.

I have spent a decade specializing in custom color & haircuts, hair enhancements and styling. Outside of the salon I spend my time connecting in community events,  photography, music and traveling.
